These Terms apply to every person who creates an account on lordexch.org and uses the platform where local law permits. Access is conditional on eligibility under the laws of your jurisdiction in India; by registering you confirm that condition is met.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version is published at lordexch.org with a visible change date. Continuing to use your account after that date means you accept the revised version; if you disagree, you may close your account.

If your account is suspended under clause 12 of our Terms, withdrawable balances are held securely during the review period. Once the matter is resolved, cleared funds are returned via the original payment method — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — within five business days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Indian law to the extent that local jurisdiction applies. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure is subject to the jurisdiction specified in clause 18 of the full Terms.
